Shipping policy
Rates
US shipping is a $15 flat rate. Orders over $200 ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your package leaves our facility. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days.
Handling and storage
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials and remain stable at room temperature during transit. On arrival, store vials refrigerated and protected from light.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will replace the order.
