Refund policy
Purity guarantee
Every batch is third-party tested and guaranteed ≥99% pure. If independent testing shows a product falls short of that standard, we will replace it or refund it in full.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Damaged, broken, or incorrectly fulfilled orders are replaced at no cost.
Unopened returns
Because these are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they are dispatched. Once a tracking number is issued, standard return terms apply.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
